The Alliance Commends Mineral County Commission for Declaring June ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’
Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended the Mineral County Board of Commissioners for proclaiming June “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Nevada, general aviation contributes over $275 million to the state’s economy annually.
“The County Commission’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to Mineral County and the state of Nevada,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the County of Mineral for recognizing this vital industry.”
