The Alliance Commends New Hampshire Governor for Declaring March ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’
Washington, DC— The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan for declaring March “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In New Hampshire, general aviation contributes $331 million to the GDP of New Hampshire annually.
“We would like to thank Governor Hassan for highlighting the benefits of general aviation and community airports throughout the state of New Hampshire,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “General aviation helps connect communities and businesses to other markets and critical services including disaster relief, fire-fighting and health care delivery all across the country.”
