    The Alliance Commends College Station Mayor Berry for Declaring November ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’

    Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Nancy Berry of College Station, Texas for proclaiming November “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Texas, general aviation contributes $14.6 billion to the state’s economy.

    “Mayor Berry’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to College Station and the state of Texas,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the Mayor and the city of College Station for recognizing this vital industry.”
