The Alliance Commends Mayor Salinas for Declaring November ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month in Laredo, Texas’
Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Raul Salinas for proclaiming November “General Aviation Appreciation Month in Laredo, Texas.” In Texas, general aviation contributes $14.6 billion to the state’s economy.
“Mayor Salinas’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to Laredo and the state of Texas,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the Mayor and the city of Laredo for recognizing this vital industry.”
