    The Alliance Commends Cedar City Mayor Wilson for Declaring November ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’

    Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Maile Wilson of Cedar City, Utah for proclaiming November “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Utah, general aviation contributes over $274 million to the state’s economy.

    “Mayor Wilson’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to Cedar City and the state of Utah,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the Mayor and Cedar City for recognizing this vital industry.”
