The Alliance Commends Port Huron Mayor Repp for Declaring October ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’
Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Pauline M. Repp of Port Huron, Michigan for proclaiming October “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Michigan, general aviation contributes $4.1 billion to the state’s economy annually.
“Mayor Repp’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to Port Huron and the state of Michigan,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the Mayor and the city of Port Huron for recognizing this vital industry.”
