    The Alliance Commends Keene Mayor Kendall W. Lane for Declaring March “General Aviation Appreciation Month”

    Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Kendall W. Lane of Crosby, New Hampshire, for proclaiming March “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In New Hampshire, general aviation contributes $639 million annually to the state’s economy.

    “Mayor Lane’s proclamation helps to educate the public about the economic and other benefits general aviation provides to the state of New Hampshire,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank Mayor Lane and the city of Keene for their recognition of this important industry.”
