The Dubuque Regional Airport in cooperation with American Red Cross, Dubuque City Dispatch, Fire, Health, Police and Transit Departments, Dubuque County Emergency Management Agency, Health Department, Law Enforcement and Mutual Aid, and Finley and Mercy Hospitals, will be hosting the 2022 Full Scale Triennial Disaster Drill. The Federal Aviation Administration requires all Commercial Service Airports to exercise their emergency plan by administering a full-scale exercise once every three years. The Full-Scale Drill will be held at Dubuque Regional Airport on Tuesday. Public observers can view some of the activity from the EAA Observation Area off Aviation Drive. The best viewing time is estimated to be from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm.
