Despite cloudy skies and a threat of rain, thousands turned out for the 2018 Leaseweb Manassas Air Show Saturday at Manassas Regional Airport.
The event, which was free to the public, featured numerous static displays of civilian and military planes, as well as tents for local aviation companies.
The big draw was overhead, as pilots took to the skies to perform aerobatic maneuvers, tight formation flying and flybys of some vintage civilian and military aircraft.
