The three airports serving DeKalb, Noble and Steuben counties created a combined economic impact of $3 million in 2012, a survey said.
That’s according to an Indiana Airport Economic Impact Study. It said the total economic impact of Indiana’s 69 airports is $14.1 billion, including 69,149 jobs and $4.1 billion payroll. The airports also serve the needs of 6.5 million Hoosiers.
