     The Alliance Commends Branson Mayor Presley for Declaring April ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’

    Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Raeanne Presley of Branson, Missouri, for proclaiming April “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Missouri, general aviation contributes $857 million annually to the state’s economy, as well as over 7,400 jobs statewide.

    “Mayor Presley’s proclamation helps illustrate the essential services and economic benefits that general aviation provides to Branson and the state of Missouri,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank Mayor Presley and the city of Branson for their part in recognizing this important industry.”
