Roanoke, Va — One million dollars and eight months later there’s a new state-of-the-art facility to welcome big name companies to Roanoke.
Landmark Aviation held a grand re-opening Thursday for its building next to the Roanoke Airport.
It services private jets and companies such as Kroger, Target, and Coca-Cola to name a few.
There’s a new conference center, Bistro and a lounge for pilots.
The General Manager says he’s already received compliments from company VIPs.
“I think they’re a little surprised sometimes when they come to Roanoke they don’t expect to see such a nice facility so that’s made it really worth its while,” says General Manager John Wilson.
Landmark Aviation is also used by big name politicians.
Republican nominee for Vice President Paul Ryan flew in and out of Landmark Aviation for a recent visit.
