Business Aviation Community Raises over $220,000 for Charity

  • Recently, at the NBAA/CAN Charity Benefit, held at the NBAA’s 63rd Annual Meeting and Convention, $220,000 was raised to assist the work being done by Corporate Angel Network (CAN). Based in White Plains (NY), Corporate Angel Network aims to ease the emotional stress, physical discomfort and financial burden of travel for cancer patients. They arrange free flights to treatment centers. For over 30 years now, the business aviation community has helped, flying anywhere from 250 to 300 cancer patients a month to various specialed and critical treatment centers.
